Instead of listening to music you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix® lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Your Rockstar ticket includes the 45-minute rock out workout and a glass of Belle Marie wine.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event due to preparation and materials cost.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else - just let us know in advance.
