Explore Japanese Basket Weaving – 4-Class Series for Kids (Ages 8–12)

Unleash your creativity in this engaging, hands-on Japanese basket weaving class series designed for young makers! Meeting once a week over four weeks, students will discover traditional weaving techniques with a modern twist using craftband—a strong, eco-friendly, paper-based material.Each 1.5-hour session focuses on a new step in the basket-making process, guiding students as they design and create their own functional, handmade baskets. With expert instruction and all materials included, kids will develop new skills, build confidence, and leave each week with visible progress and pride in their work.Perfect for kids who love crafting, creating, and working with their hands!

Dates: August 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th at 4pm1 class per week | 1.5 hours per class
