If an EALL team is playing an EALL team:
The home team is responsible for GameChanger duties.
The away team is responsible for Scorekeeping/Pitch Count.
If an EALL team is playing another league (non EALL team - at our field):
The home team is responsible for both GameChanger and Scorekeeping/Pitch Count duties.
Beginning in the Minor B division, games utilize the scoreboard and scores are recorded through GameChanger. To ensure fairness, families are generally asked to take one scorekeeping shift during the season.Team Parents may either coordinate a date that works for you or assign your scheduled shift.
If you are unable to attend your assigned shift, you may arrange for a substitute, provided they are at least 13 years of age and familiar with the system.
We understand that if you are new to scorekeeping, it may feel overwhelming at first. Please be assured that we are here to support you every step of the way.
