In the busyness of daily life — school, work, sports, and screens — it can be hard for families to find quiet time to share their faith together. Sometimes, we as parents don’t feel qualified to even speak to our kids on faith. Yet Jesus always waits in the noise of our lives. He waits for us in the stillness of the Eucharist, longing for families to come and rest in His presence. He's waiting for us to come together as a community in prayer.
When we all kneel together before the Blessed Sacrament, we share a sacred encounter with the Living Christ. Adoration becomes not just prayer, but relationship — a family moment spent in the heart of Jesus.
On Saturday October 18th at Holy Name Grade School, the local Catholic community, both young and old are coming together. Come join us for a night of amazing Praise and Worship music offered by “The Well”, along with dynamic speakers of the Faith. This all leads up to the reason we gather, a moment of Eucharistic Adoration.
The expectations are we all come as we are. Children don’t have to be perfectly quiet or still to be welcome. Even a few minutes together in the chapel can teach them that being with Jesus is something special.
As Pope St. John Paul II reminded us, “The family that prays together, stays together.”
Let your family discover that truth in the gentle radiance of the Blessed Sacrament.
