Warrior's Path

Warrior's Path– Heated Power Flow. A 90-minute heated power flow inspired by the myth of Virabhadra and the Warrior poses. Expect strong standing sequences, creative transitions, and intentional pauses as we explore devotion, focus, restraint, and conscious power. This practice invites you to move with purpose — learning when to advance, when to pause, and when to stand your ground.

Open to all levels who enjoy challenge, heat, and thoughtful movement. Leave feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to the practice.
