New Moon Yoga Nidra & Sound Immersion

Celebrate the new moon with us at Infinite Love. Take a deep rest with a guided meditative journey through the physical body, subtle body, and chakra system with a unique yoga nidra designed to sooth the nervous system and release tension. This yoga nidra will allow you to experience your subtle body and its unique energy, (led by Amy), during with a full vibrational sound immersion (crystal bowls) and the restorative energy work of Nancy Bowden. Prepayment and registration is required at infinitelove.yoga. Come prepared to fully rest and reset.
