Canvases of Caring is our fall fundraising event and art sale. Taking place on Friday, October 11, 2025 — National Coming Out Day, the event invites our community to “Come Out to Care.”
In today’s climate, visibility and allyship matter more than ever.
Through this event, local queer and allied artists will donate 40% of the sale price of submitted artwork, raising funds for trauma-informed wellness and community building initiatives.

As a participant, purchaser, contributing artist, or sponsor, your contribution helps us meet our $10,000 fundraising goal, expanding:
• Local Support Groups – training of leaders, assistance with co-hosting, supplementing supports
• Wellness & Community Building programs such as queer-centered art therapist facilitated open studios, community reintegration & socialization opportunities, self-defense workshops, and community informational seminars.
• Mutual aid and advocacy projects that center marginalized voices
