Join us for the Annual Bradley H. Foulk Memorial Golf Scramble—a day devoted to community compassion and protecting our most vulnerable children. Taking place on July 23 2025 at the scenic Whispering Woods Golf Club the event begins with registration and a complimentary lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm followed by a shotgun start at 1:00 pm then a wonderful steak dinner after play. Under our theme “Become a Champion for Our Children” we honor nearly 300 children each year who benefit from our forensic interview services following reports of child abuse. Their journeys from infancy to 18 years old continuously remind us of the importance of community solidarity to break the cycle of abuse and build a safer future.
We offer several sponsorship opportunities. The Eagle Sponsor at $1200 includes four playing slots a prominent banner on the 1st hole a full-page advertisement in the event program and recognition in both the program and dinner ceremony. The Birdie Sponsor at $700 provides four playing slots a signage display at one hole and a half-page ad in the program while the Hole Sponsor at $150 offers a dedicated sign at a specific hole.
Individuals are welcome to register as a player for $150—which includes lunch a cart greens fee and dinner—or join as a dinner-only guest for $60. Advertising options are available too with full-page ads at $200 half-page ads at $150 and quarter-page ads at $100.

CAC Golf Scramble Refund Policy
1. Registration Fees as a Charitable Contribution:
All registration fees are considered a donation to support our mission. As such, these fees are generally non-refundable. Your commitment helps ensure that the majority of funds go directly to our programs and advocacy efforts.
2. Cancellation by the Participant:
Participants who need to cancel their registration are encouraged to notify our event coordinator in writing. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of registration fees less a small administrative fee, depending on pre-event expenditures. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for any refund, as resources for planning and event logistics have been allocated.
3. Cancellation or Postponement of the Event:
In the unlikely event that the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer—for example, due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances—a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to registered participants. Participants will be notified promptly with instructions regarding refunds or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event date.
4. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment when possible. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on financial institution processing times. Please note that any portion of the fees that has already been allocated to contracted services or incurred costs cannot be refunded.
