An Energetic Tune Up: Tuning Forks 101

Sound has the power to heal, shift consciousness, and re-unite us with the natural harmonies and rhythms of the universe. Tuning forks are a tool that create a conscious connection to the mind, subtle energy body, and physical body.

Led by Nancy Bowden, in this workshop we will discuss sound healing and tuning forks. Experience dissonance and resonance harmonies and their effects on the nervous system, learn about Solfeggio tones, and how to use them, and more!
