It’s back... brighter, bolder, and merrier than ever. Join us for a fun and festive 7-ish mile night run through some of Erie’s best holiday light displays! We’ll drop the official route as soon as the city is fully lit (still waiting on a few houses to flip the switch).
💡 We’re hoping to start and end at Erie’s Only Pop-Up Christmas Bar - confirmation coming soon!

✨ The “Festive AF” Award
For the runner whose outfit is so explosively merry it borders on unhinged. Buddy-the-Elf energy encouraged... bonus points if people assume you’re part of a holiday display.
🔔 The “Jingle All the Way” Award
For the runner who jingles, rattles, or clacks their way through Erie. If we can hear you before we see you, you’re in the running.
😂 The “Holiday Ha-Ha” Award
For the funniest costume or most hilarious moment of the night.
💨 Pace Groups
First Group: ~8:30 min/mile
Second Group: ~9:45–10:00 min/mile (leader TBD - message me if interested!)
Want to run a different pace? Let me know and we’ll make sure everyone has a group.
Cyclists are welcome too - just stay bright and stay alert.
⚠️ Night Run Notes
Dress to be seen! Headlamps, reflective gear, and obnoxious amounts of Christmas lights — obviously.
This is a fun community run, not an official race. Participate at your own risk, use sidewalks where possible, and stay aware of traffic.
⚠️ A Friendly Note
We LOVE big participation and festive energy… but this run is 7+ miles, so it’s probably not the night to debut your very first jog since 2012. 😅
If you’re not comfortably running that distance yet, we’d still love to have you cheer, bike along, or join us at the after-party but we want to keep the pace groups moving safely and smoothly.
