Restorative Aerial Yoga & Sound Journey

Join us Thursday early evening for a beautiful restorative and deep practice of releasing and stretching on the aerial silks. Poses are held for several minutes to take you into deep release and restoration, with yin style stretching and sinking into the aerial hammock. Harmonise your practice with the sweet and melodious soundscapes played live for a complete sensual and nourishing experience.
