Roll Into Relief: A Therapeutic Foam Rolling Workshop

Cost: $40

Practice self-massage for tension reduction using tennis balls and foam rollers. The class will focus on using techniques to massage the fascia-the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every structure in the body.
Participants will explore ways to massage tightness in the fascia with various tools.

There will be opportunities for light stretching and relaxation along with discussion. Each class member will receive a tennis ball and an 18- inch foam roller to take home. In addition, students are invited to bring massage tools they already own.

Please bring your yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes.
