Nouveau Release Party

Celebrate the joy of the harvest with Chemeketa Cellars and other local wineries as we pour Nouveau wines in honor of this beloved French tradition! Beaujolais Nouveau, a young red wine made from Gamay grapes in France’s Beaujolais region, is famously released each year on the third Thursday of November with festive parties—and is best enjoyed fresh from the bottle.

Your ticket includes tastings of Nouveau wines from local producers, France, and our very own student-made Nouveau—paired with delicious bites and live jazz.

Come sip, savor, and celebrate alongside Wine Studies students and local winemakers while learning about the vibrant Nouveau tradition. Expect an evening filled with lively music, bright wines, and plenty of good cheer.
