Weekly Community Qigong - 9AM Morning Session

Qigong is back!

Join us as we work towards better health in 2026. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Drop ins are highly encouraged! No registration is required.

Thursday morning class will focus on a combined Taiji and Qigong series that a meditative sequence for health commonly referred to as the 18 Forms. This series encourages slow movement and deep, rich breath work.

The first couple of weeks will focus on breathing, posture, relaxation and fundamental Qigong forms designed to support safe joint mobility, and energize the spine, organs, and meridians.

Qigong requires no equipment, can be done standing or seated, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

A small blanket is recommended to add comfort during the relaxation phase of classes.
