This talk explores the grief of spiritual unraveling—the loss of what once gave us meaning—and honors the courage it takes to let go. It’s a place to acknowledge that, often, letting go isn’t a failure of faith. It's the beginning of a new story, waiting to be told.

This is a Service for All Ages, meaning that children remain in the entire service this Sunday.

Zach Helton is an ordained minister, board-certified spiritual care counselor at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, and a writer exploring the intersection of storytelling and spirituality.
