Annual Congregational Meeting

Join us after the Sunday Service on May 17 for our Annual Congregational Meeting. There will be items on the ballot for voting.

Voting:
Only those who have been Members of the church for at least 6 weeks will be able to vote. Friends, Members of less than 6 weeks, and visitors may participate in discussion but may not vote on any of the Motions. In order to pass, each Motion must receive a “yes” vote from a majority of the Members who are present and voting.

Snacks will be provided before the meeting. Childcare will be available.
