5-minute warm-up to get you ready
Pyramid timed training: 20 / 40 / 60 / 40 / 20 (all the same move)(with 20-second breaks in between—trust me you will appreciate these.
5 lower body exercises + a powerful finisher
5 upper body exercises + another finisher
Ending with a well-deserved stretch
💡 Weights are provided:
I encourage you to go heavier—especially on the lower body work. The movements are slow and controlled, so challenge yourself. It may start out easy, but before long you’ll be living for the breaks!
