Letting Go of Your Traumatic Past

EPIC welcomes back Helen Neal, a certified Level II Trauma and Resilience Specialist, as she leads her powerful 8-week workshop, “Letting Go of Your Traumatic Past.” These FREE Sessions will begin on Friday, September 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at EPIC Community Resource Center, 697 Old Englewood Rd., Englewood, FL 34223.

The workshop is designed to help people change patterns of thought and behavior shaped by traumatic experiences or stressful circumstances. Participants will learn about:
• What trauma is and what causes it
• Signs of current or past trauma
• Resilience skills
• Simple techniques to live a happier life
Helen’s compassionate approach helps participants identify what holds them back and equips them with practical tools for healing.
