What is AUDEO™ Leadership? It is a Catholic approach to solving the problem of leadership. What does AUDEO™ do? It unpacks your Aspirations, your Understanding, your Drive, and your desire to Engage Others. Can you apply Christian faith to the real-life problems you have? Yes—if you dare.

Why can’t faith be practical? The AUDEO™ approach harnesses the power of Christian principles and focuses on getting results.

In this 1-day course you will receive a high-level understanding of what each letter of AUDEO™ means to you as a deacon, family member, or citizen. You will uncover which of the 5 Pitfalls is impacting your life, and which of the 5 Christian Virtues will help you overcome that fear. Let your problem become your plan.

Who Should Come? Any deacon that has a desire to impact the culture and the parish. We will tackle the pitfalls that may hold you back from making that change that could be a lasting impact in our world.
