Get ready to move, balance, and fly together in this playful aerial chains duo lab at Auria Aerial — Denver’s newest pole and aerial studio with a gorgeous, welcoming atmosphere! Whether you're brand new or ready to explore deeper movement, these workshops are designed to build trust, strength, and connection — all while having a blast in the air.

Beginner Workshop — 3:00 PM
New to chains? No problem! This session is a fun, welcoming introduction to partner work on the aerial chains. You’ll learn basic holds, shapes, and transitions while focusing on communication, safety, and flow. — no prior chain experience needed!

Intermediate/Advanced Workshop — 4:30 PM
Curious to explore deeper movement? This session is for those ready to play with dynamic transitions, counterbalances, and inversions. We’ll get upside down and experiment with trust, timing, and creative flow. — all you need is curiosity and a willingness to move together!
