Tall Vase Wheel Workshop

Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel to create a Large Flower Vase with step by step instructions. You will learn how to center 3 pounds of clay, and the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. Add your own shape to create a unique piece of pottery. After the workshop, your vase will take time to air dry, and then be fired in our kiln.

Return after 2 weeks to paint your vase in your own style with colorful pottery glazes (no appointment needed, and no additional charge). Then it goes into the kiln again for a final firing, and ready 2 weeks after you painted it. Your piece will be waterproof and weatherproof. Ages 10 and up.

This event will be located at our spacious studio. Beverages are allowed to be brought with you, including alcohol for ages 21+. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
