Get ready for the ultimate fitness party! Join us for a high-energy Epic MixxedFit® Masterclass led by two incredible MixxedFit® National Trainer Kentavis and Master National Trainer Renate! This event will bring the heat, the moves, and the music for an unforgettable workout experience.
What is MixxedFit®?�MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning! It’s high energy, easy to follow, and designed to make you sweat, smile, and feel empowered. Every move is big, bold, and powerful, no complicated steps, just fitness with attitude!
What is a Masterclass?�A Masterclass takes the vibe of a regular class and turns it into a live fitness concert experience. With lights, music, and the energy of the crowd, this two-hour event is all about celebrating movement, pushing your limits, and having the time of your life with Kentavis, Renate, and distinguished guests on stage, you’ll get the best of the best leading you every step of the way.
Bring your crew, your water bottle, and your unstoppable energy—it’s time to dance, sweat, and vibe with MixxedFit® like never before! We will have merchandise for sale and in-person!
For this event, we will embody the mission of MixxedFit®: To bring the people together through fitness while serving our communities. This year, MixxedFit® Connecticut is proud to partner with Shanta Terry, owner of Shanta’s Vintage Boutique and local MixxedFit® instructor, to spread holiday cheer by sponsoring Christmas gifts for single mothers in our community. Shanta's Vintage Boutique will provide jewelry sets to identified single mothers in the community with a beautiful note of love, gratitude, and encouragement from our MixxedFit® Connecticut team.
Proceeds from ticket sales, raffle prizes, and donations will support this cause.
