Coffee and Compassion

A morning of sharing and caring. Reaching out to those suffering with depression, anxiety, bereavement or just needing support.. A time to share or just listen in a safe, comfortable and supportive space.

Regular Coffee and Compassion is run by a professional facilitator and it is a support group for people suffering with Stress, anxiety, grief and depression.
