Slow Flow Yoga Class (In-person or online)

In the 60-minute session, participants will be guided through a gentle flow, connecting breath with movement to enhance flexibility and strength.

Class held in person at Dancescapes Studio or online through Zoom. Great for beginners. If you have a mat and props, bring them. We also have extras!
