Crystal Healing with Meditation

The evening will begin with a guided meditation using crystals to soothe away the stresses and strains of the week.
You will then be invited to intuitively select the crystals to be used in your healing session. This will be carried out lying down. I will place the crystals on your seven chakras as needed.
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else for your own comfort.

Session begins at 7.30pm and is £20 per person. Please contact Hayley on 07565 362420 to book a place.
