The Golden Reset: A Fall Equinox & New Moon Journey

Guided by somatic healers Caroline Charlton and Olivia Doyne, this intimate evening is aligned with the Autumn Equinox — the turning point that closes summer’s expansive energy and opens the quieter, more reflective half of the year. Paired with the power of the new moon, it offers a potent moment to pause, release, and realign.

Together, through guided breathwork, somatic practices, and gentle reflection, we’ll:

• Release what no longer serves
• Reconnect with the wisdom of your body and breath
• Set sacred intentions for the season ahead under the new moon

You’ll leave feeling nourished, grounded, and clear — ready to enter autumn with ease, alignment, and renewed energy.

• Yoga mat for comfort
• Blanket to stay cozy
• Eye mask (we’ll also have disposables available)
• Journal + pen if you’d like to capture your intentions and reflections

This event will be hosted in the second-floor studio at Asteya Collective. When you enter the building, turn left down the hallway to the stairs. Once upstairs, turn left again — the studio will be on your left.

The building has its own parking lot, which is free and typically quiet on Sunday afternoons/evenings.
