Resilience Remedies: A Tea Blending Workshop

Welcome to Resilience Remedies: A Tea Blending Workshop! Participants will enjoy a walk around Fox Point Farms unqiue Radial herb garden. You will get the opportunity to identify the herbs featured in our workshop, while exploring the art of creating your own unique tea blend.

The workshop will cover the basics of tea blending, including an introduction to different types of herbs. Participants will learn about the flavor profiles and energetics of various herbs and how to combine them to create balanced and flavorful blends.

Participants will get to experience a guided tea tasting and meditation with Resillience Remedy- Our special formula with Nettle, Echinacea, Rosehips & Ginger. This tea is an approachable and practical introduction to the endless healing support you and your family can benifit from as the winter months slowly settle in.

• No prior herbal knowledge required—perfect for beginners.
