We all seek "Love, Hope & Inspiration"
This 3-day powerful Men's camp is for the Tough Rural and Tradie men who are ready to access their internal horsepower & give the ol' "mindset" a major service & reset the "check engine light"!
In doing so we then get to discover our emotional strengths to create a powerful foundation for the future.
We go into workshopping on topics such as relationship, anger, forgiveness, father work & more with take home tools plus beach activities, swimming, breathwork, ice baths, and adventure, you will leave free to step into a new level of clarity, confidence, and internal freedom.
Basic outline:
Day 1 - Thursday
- Arrival & building connections (lifelong mateships are created) settle in, meet your tribe, and disconnect from daily life. (Put the phone away or make sure it's gone flat)
- Self Reflection and understanding our patterns
- Recognizing the hidden emotional weight behind denial
- Delicious Dinner & chats
Day 2 - Friday
- Morning Movement & swim by the beach – Unlock energy and mental clarity.
- Emotional balance and becoming 'friends' with our Anger & sadness
- Understanding the role of the father, healing old wounds.
- Mystery adventure activity
Day 3 - Saturday -
- Breathwork & Ice Bath Challenge – Release mental and physical resistance.
- Forgiveness for past shame, guilt and hurt
- Strengthening personal and professional relationships
- Fire Circle - letting go of the Past – A night of breakthroughs
Day 4 - Sunday - Freedom
Commitment to Your Future – Defining the man you want to be.
Closing Ceremony & Brotherhood Pledge – Walking away with clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose.
