Situational awareness
Basic striking (punches, kicks, elbows)
Escapes from grabs and holds
Defensive positioning and mindset training
Walk away with practical, effective skills you can use immediately in real-life scenarios.
🥊 Session 2: Advanced Krav Maga (Tactical Applications & Pressure Testing)
Challenge. Push. Evolve.
This dynamic session is designed for experienced students, law enforcement, or martial artists looking to elevate their Krav Maga game. You’ll train in:
Weapon defenses (knife/gun scenarios)
Ground fighting transitions
Multiple attacker drills
Adrenaline-based pressure testing
Refine your technique and develop the mental resilience to perform under stress.
