International Observe the Moon Night

This global event invites citizens around the world to observe and learn more about Earth's nearest celestial neighbor - the Moon. The Peterson Planetarium and the Prophet Aquatic Research and Outreach Center (PAROC) will provide free access to telescopes for viewing the Moon and space-related hands-on activities. Enjoy Moon-themed stories, create Moon-inspired artwork, and take an evening hike along the Dale Greiner Nature trail.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome and no registration is required. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
