RUNFORESTRUN Hondsrug

Prachtige zomertrail event van RFR in de schitterende omgeving van Boswachterij Exloo-Odoorn.

De route loopt over de Hondsrug. Dit gebied heeft de status van UNESCO Global Geopark en is het enige Geopark in Nederland. In Noord-Nederland prijkt het samen met twee UNESCO Werelderfgoederen (Waddenzee en Woudagemaal) en een aantal Nationale Parken op de lijst van plaatsen met internationale allure.

Het Hondsruggebied kent een grote verscheidenheid aan landschappen, bewoningstypen en cultuurhistorische elementen.

12, 21, 27 en 43 km afwisselende natuur.
