This is your invitation to learn the basics and expand your communication skills through awareness, embodiment and reflection.
Our workshop, led by self-worth and empowerment healer, Mary Golden, will guide participants through mindful self-awareness, nonverbal exploration, and heart-centered listening to cultivate compassion and confidence from the inside out.
Through movement, meditation, and playful interaction, we practice communicating with presence, empathy, and authenticity.
Workshop Goal:
To embody compassionate communication — with self, others, and the world — through awareness, embodiment, and confident, authentic self-expression.
