Eligibility
Exhibitors must be the creator of all work to be sold or shown at the event and must submit 3 digital images of their art. All exhibitor registrations are selected for acceptance using quality and uniqueness to ensure a balanced show. Registration does not imply acceptance. All decisions made by the Crocus Committee are final.

Some entries may be placed on our waiting list for further consideration should there be a cancellation. Confirmation of acceptance will be issued by March 31, 2026 or sooner.

Booth Size and Display
The allocation and the location of exhibit spaces will be determined by the Crocus Committee.
Booth dimensions are 12’ wide by 10’ deep and marked on the floor with coloured masking tape. Exhibitors are asked to be courteous when setting up their displays to avoid conflict with neighbours and ensure visitors easy and safe access. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own display equipment, hanging supplies, etc.
NOTE: Limited Wi-Fi and electrical outlets.
Table coverings are required.
8’ or 6’ tables are available for exhibitors. 2 chairs will be provided.
Only 1 (one) exhibitor per booth.
Signs offering price reductions are NOT permitted to be displayed.
Please ensure you are set up and ready for opening each day.
Exhibitors with visually inappropriate merchandise may be asked to remove them from view as determined by the Crocus Committee.

Friday May 29 - 6pm - 8pm
Saturday, May 30 - 8am - 9:30am
BEFORE set-up, all exhibitors are asked to check in at the Registration Desk located in the main lobby of the Pilot Butte Recreation Centre. Free parking.

Take Down
The dismantling of your booth shall not commence before the 4 p.m. closing on Sunday.

Security
The Pilot Butte Arena will be locked and alarm-protected overnight. The organizers assume no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. We strongly recommend that all money be removed from your booth overnight.

Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining any insurance related to their participation in the Crocus Art & Artisan Sale. Neither the Pilot Butte Arts Committee, Crocus committee, nor their officers, nor agents will be held responsible or liable for any manner of loss or damage that may occur to property or persons during the times of set-up, show duration, and take down.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you have not been notified of acceptance or if we cancel the show.
50% refund up until May 15 if you have already been notified of acceptance
No Refund after May 15.
