1. Green salad — diced cucumber, red onion, bleu cheese, honey-mustard vinaigrette, candied pecans, toast point
2. Seared sea scallop — butternut squash purée, tarragon oil, microgreen salad
3. Braised beef short rib — garlic mashed potatoes
4. Petite flourless chocolate cake — dark berry compote
