Misplaced Mutts is a dog rescue based in Carteret County North Carolina, who rescues dogs and places them in foster homes until they find their forever homes. They provide veterinary care to include vaccinations, spay, and neutering, flea / tick heartworm, preventative, and when necessary, more intense assistance.
