NLAA January Acting Lab: Youth Session (Ages 10–18)

The Northern Lakes Arts Academy presents the Youth Session of the NLAA January Acting Lab, a six-class acting intensive for young performers who want to build confidence, technique, and creative expression in a supportive environment.
Across three weekends in January, students train in a structured curriculum blending Uta Hagen fundamentals, Laban movement, breath and voice work, character development, and ensemble practice. Instruction is led by NLAA Executive Artistic Director Ian Francis Lah.
This pilot year is intentionally small. Only six youth spots are available to ensure individual coaching and focused attention.
