Junior Space Science Investigator-Cedar Rapids

Juniors: Join Solar Sisters Astronomy Club and the Cedar Amateur Astronomers for a fun badge workshop at the Eastern Iowa Observatory and Learning Center!

• Earn the Space Science Investigator badge
• Use various telescopes to discover secrets of our solar system, the galaxy that we live in, and other exciting astronomical bodies
• Learn about how light works
• Discover how we use science to determine just what is in the sky
• Please bring a water bottle (labeled with name) and dress for the weather; some activities will be outdoors
• This is a rain or shine event--we don't cancel for weather!

Level: Juniors
Fee: $10/registered Girl Scouts, $2/adult
