Join Saskia for a deeply nurturing and activating meditation circle where we welcome Divine Light, Love, and Healing into our hearts and energy fields. This unique gathering is held within the EES (Energy Enhancement System) Centre, where scalar waves and bio-photonic energy technology work silently in the background to support regeneration, clarity, and higher states of consciousness. The EES system beautifully enhances the meditation experience, deepening your alignment and accelerating inner healing.

We begin by sounding the sacred conch shell, a vibrational tool that clears the space and calls in divine presence. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditative journey with:✨ Gentle breathwork✨ Sacred mantra and toning✨ Crystal singing bowls✨ Light Language transmissions

* Wear comfortable clothes, bring a note pad and pen . As we will be doing the meditation with our shoes off, bring socks if your feet get cold.
