I have had several requests for Men & for CoEd programing over the last few weeks ... I am listening ... and I need to stay in alignment .... so here is my brand new offering that will run for 4 months and celebrate 'Rest in Relationship'

A Friday evening couples experience that will combine Restorative Yoga with Hands on Adjustments from your partners, both partners will enjoy the space of being supported in Rest and to finish both partners will deepen into Savasana with a Sound Bath/Yoga Nidra accompaniment.

This class is perfect for couples looking to slow down, to support each other in Rest, to step into the space of hands on healing and deepen their connection!

Class will finish with refreshments ... join us!

Required: yoga mats, water bottle, a partner
Supplied: Restorative Yoga Props & Charcuterie with Beverages
