Open Sound Bath - Zen Bathing

There is no set fee for this event — you choose the amount of your donation. A bowl is provided for anonymous donation, but PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are available. Mats, blankets, pillows, and chairs are provided in the space to suit your meditative preference. The sanctuary is a safe space, a sober space, and a confidential space. It is also a low-fragrance space, so please do not wear strong deodorants, perfume or cologne.

This sound bath will be an introduction to Zen meditation and "The Sound That Cuts Through Seeking", based in the experience of Master Kyōgen. This sound meditation will focus heavily on Tibetan Singing Bowls and Bells, inviting the participants to deep awareness.
