Aging Care Connections Sports Ball 2025

Throw on your favorite jersey (or hockey sweater) and join us for a night of celebration, stories, and camaraderie as we honor champions in our community - on the ice, in the boardroom, and beyond. Your generous support helps Aging Care Connections continue vital work with older adults, caregivers, and families throughout our 38-community service area.

The evening includes Cocktails, Dinner, Raffles, Silent Auction, and Program featuring hockey great Jerry "King Kong" Korab and comedian Jim Flannigan. Special Guests: Greg DiDomenico, President and CEO, Community Memorial Foundation and Dionne Miller, ABC 7. Event Co-Chairs are Elmwood Park leaders Peter Volpe and Elsa Estrada-Volpe.
