Group trail run at Tanglewood Nature Center

Join us for a fun time on the trails at one of my favorite places to run hike and explore nature, Tanglewood Nature Center.

These trails are a big change from last weeks trails. They offer a bit more technical trails with rocks and roots. More hills. And More Fun!

But we will have options for you. There are 3 mail trail loops at Tanglewood. The Yellow trails is apx 1 mile. The Blue Trail is a little under 2 miles. And the Red trail is almost exactly 3 miles.

Each distance gets a little more technical and more hilly. Not sure how far you want to run choose the 1 or 2 mile option and then add another loop after if you want.
