EFRC Boo Bash!

Celebrate Halloween at the Elmira Family Resource Center with trick-or-treating, activities, and fun for children birth to age 5! Costumes encouraged. No costume, no problem, EFRC will have a small selection of dress up materials available to us the day of the celebration.

Trick or Treating within the agency will take place at 11 AM.
