Ecstatic Dance w/ Guided Yogic Meditation

Imagine a space where you can move freely in your body, without fear of judgment. Dance isn’t about being “good”—it’s about expressing what words can’t always capture. It’s about letting emotion move through us in a way that allows it to be seen, felt, and ultimately transformed. This isn’t a spectator sport; we’re here to co-create a safe, supportive space where everyone is free to express.

Yoga Nidra is the "Guided Yogic Meditation" mentioned on the flyer. It’s a powerful meditation technique that guides you into deep states of relaxation, where your entire being is infused with peace and profound stillness. Through a combination of breath, body, and awareness practices, you consciously enter the twilight space between waking and sleep. From here, you can begin to rest more as awareness itself—beyond the busy mind.

Yoga Nidra brings you into the “Zero Stress Zone,” where 45 minutes of practice is said to be as restorative as 3 hours of sleep. It has also been shown to support healing in areas of the brain impacted by trauma. It's used to aid recovery from PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and insomnia, and is a powerful tool for stress management.

We’re here to do more than just dance or practice yoga—we’re here to heal, to connect, and to build commUNITY. So come co-create with me!

Guidelines

Donation Based Event. Yes, this is a donation based. Suggested donation is $33. Please consider donating, as we all have expenses to pay! This is a promotional offer to get the community familiar with my offerings!

Parking. Park where you can (grass is more than fine).

Enter through the back door.

Please remove your shoes at the door.

Drug and Alcohol Policy. Please no drugs or alcohol at this event, as the intention is to connect more deeply with ourselves and build community from an authentic place.

Phones. To encourage connection and limit distraction, phone use is discouraged after the event starts and before it ends.

Pictures. In the event that you get picture prior to event or after it has closed, please be sure to credit and tag Valley Divine Intuitive Healing Arts and, if possible, tag the event on social media. Ask permission before posting photos on the internet where people are identifiable.
