Bring the whole family for a safe and festive Halloween celebration in the heart of downtown Elmira. Enjoy trick-or-treating from creatively decorated trunks and booths hosted by local businesses, nonprofits, and community groups!

This is one of downtown Elmira’s most popular fall traditions, and there will be a special appearance that you won’t want to miss.

Costumes encouraged!

Admission is free and open to the public.
