360 Intro to Yoga with Erica Darmstadt!

Have you wanted to try yoga but too shy to come to a class? Join Erica for an Intro to Yoga class that will get you up and running on a new wellness journey!

During this 2-session class, you will learn how simple movements can calm your mind and soul. Have limitations with movement? No worries! Erica can show you modifications to do instead!
