Sound Meditations in Elmhurst, IL

Join Ahimsa School of Sound Healing facilitators IN ELMHURST, IL for an experience in sound. Lay back and experience the evolving sounds of singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, and other instruments as you practice the art of acceptance, navigate points of resistance, and ultimately arrive into a state of relaxation.

No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take part in these offerings or to receive the benefits.

Additional Considerations: Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow; eat only lightly prior to meditation.

Price for Sound Meditations: $35 general admission/$25 for Ahimsa Yoga members
