Reiki Level I
Reiki Level I training is an introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-

2. Attunements: You will receive attunements from a Reiki Master, which are

along with practical exercises to practice these techniques.
4. Energy Awareness: You'll develop sensitivity to energy and learn
how to feel it in yourself with knowledge and teachings of the chakra
and meridian energy anatomy.
5. Meditation and Relaxation: Techniques for meditation and relaxation will be shared to help enhance your connection to the Reiki energy.
6. Ethics and Professional Practice: Discussions on the ethical considerations
and responsibilities of practicing Reiki.
