Ellsworth County Medical Center and Ellsworth County Health Department are partnering to bring you affordable lab testing—no appointment or pre-registration needed!
📍 Convenient: The Health Department will collect the samples, and ECMC will process them.
💰 Affordable: Just $30 per Health Fair Profile. Cash or check only, due at the time of service.
🗓️Fall 2025 Dates:
🔹Thurs. Sept. 25th (7a-9a)
🔹Thurs. Oct. 23rd (7a-9a)
🔹Tues. Nov. 25th (7a-9a)
📩 Easy Access to Results:
✔️ Mailed to you once processed.
✔️ If your Primary Care Provider is with ECMC, results will be added to your chart and sent automatically.
✔️ If you have an outside provider, you’re responsible for sharing the results.
✔️ ECMC Patient Portal users can view results as soon as they’re available.
