Would YOU know what to do in an Emergency? Everyone knows the Red Cross helps people during emergencies. But you may not know that it’s also part of our mission to help you help yourself!
Becoming “Red Cross Ready” for an emergency means following our simple steps in advance to ensure you can weather a crisis safely and comfortably. Being prepared may not prevent a disaster, but it will give you confidence to meet the challenge. Build confidence by learning simple steps you can take now, to help prepare and protect yourself and your loved ones like your children, people with disabilities and older adults, who may need extra help during a stressful situation.
It’s easy to learn through our free disaster preparedness training. Red Cross will provide fire safety and disaster preparedness information for all participants, plus you will have the opportunity to learn Hands-Only CPR. These life-saving skills can make all the difference in an emergency.
This is a free/non-certification class for the community from The American Red Cross of Northern New England.
SNOW Date will be on Saturday, January 17 at 10 AM
